  2. Specify the request type as "Complaint"
  3. Upon submission, you will receive a strong reference number via text message
  4. Use the reference number to follow up on your complaint later

  1. Have a registered active complaint
  2. Include the complaint number in the message subject
  3. Clearly explain the reason for escalation

Complaint Handling Mechanism:

  • The complaint is transferred to the relevant department via an internal electronic system
  • Processing takes place within a maximum of 10 business days
  • After processing, the customer is contacted by phone to clarify the solution and action taken
