With over 30 years of experience in the financial sector, Mr. Laith founded and managed three major banks in Saudi Arabia, and managed the financial sector in NEOM, adding unique leadership value to the board.

Shaqran began his career at Banque Saudi Fransi then Vision Bank, gaining extensive experience in business management, banking, governance, risk, and strategy. His passion for fintech led him to co-found Nayla in partnership with Sanabel Studio to build the future of microfinance in Saudi Arabia.

With extensive experience in risk management through positions at GE Capital, Al Ahli Bank of Saudi Arabia, Abdul Latif Jameel Finance, Emkan, and Hala Finance. He co-founded Nayla to lead an innovative approach in financing micro-enterprises.

Sarah started her career in the banking sector, then worked at Badir and BIAC programs, and currently holds the position of Chief Business Development Officer at Sanabel Investment, with experience combining finance, entrepreneurship, and innovation, adding a strategic dimension to Nayla's board.

Abdulrahman held the position of Chief Commercial Officer at Alpha Capital, licensed by the Capital Market Authority. He previously managed a portfolio exceeding SAR 20 billion at Banque Saudi Fransi, adding financial expertise that strengthens Nayla's strategy.
